Privacy notice

This notice covers the public website at trailflow.co.ke. It does not cover the Trailflow application itself, which has its own terms agreed with each operator.

What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, work email, company, role, fleet size, country, the kinds of flying you do, and any message you add.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

How we use it

• To contact you about the demo you asked for, and to follow up on it.
• We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Where it is kept and for how long

Demo requests are delivered by email, through our form provider. We keep them for as long as we are talking with you, and for no more than 24 months after our last contact.

Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 (and the GDPR, if it applies to you), you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.
