Solutions

One platform for every kind of flying you do.

Charter, contract, VIP, scheduled, medevac and training flights all go through the same feasibility, release and crew checks. What changes is how each one is sold, approved and billed.

Charter

Ad-hoc charter, from enquiry to invoice.

A client asks for a trip through the client portal, by email or by phone. Operations confirm it can be flown, Commercial prices it from real costs, and the client confirms with a purchase order or payment. The Flight Release opens on its own.

What it covers

  • Client portal: submit a request, view the quote, confirm and upload a PO
  • Feasibility before the quote, with positioning legs included
  • Quotes priced from ACMI rates, fuel, fees and crew costs
  • Layover nights and per diems counted from the booking
  • Invoice raised from the flight record that was actually flown
Contract & ACMI

Contract flying, award to daily tasking.

For humanitarian, government and corporate contracts: a dedicated tail, a dedicated crew rotation and minimum guaranteed hours. The client's daily schedule is pasted in, and each aircraft-day becomes one tasking with its own Flight Release.

What it covers

  • ACMI build-up, quote, award and confirmation on one record
  • Mobilisation and positioning costs: include or exclude per contract
  • Out-station crew rotations, with tour length set by the operator
  • Replacement aircraft and positioning or test flights at the operator's cost
  • Hours against the minimum guarantee, and a monthly statement
VIP flights

High-profile passengers, handled discreetly.

VIP and executive flights go through the same checked path as any charter. Access is set by role, so the booking is visible only to the people who need it to plan, release and fly the trip.

What it covers

  • Role-based access, so pricing and client details reach only the right people
  • Aircraft and crew checked at release, like every other flight
  • Short changes to timings handled as amendments, with a full history
  • Crew briefed through the flight pack, not on personal messaging apps
Scheduled flights

A timetable where every day is still checked.

Publish a timetable for a season. Each operating day becomes its own flight, so it still gets aircraft availability, crew duty checks and a Flight Release. A timetable can never dispatch a flight that hasn't been checked.

What it covers

  • Seasonal timetables that create one flight for each operating day
  • Amending or cancelling a service protects days where work has started
  • Aircraft and crew allocated day by day, with double-booking prevented
  • Punctuality and utilisation reporting
Medevac

Short-notice launches without skipping a check.

When a medevac call comes in, there's no time to chase spreadsheets. The controller sees which tails and crew are free and inside their duty limits, releases the flight, and calls out the crew from the same screen.

What it covers

  • Fleet availability and crew duty slack, at a glance
  • Airstrip opening hours and safety reviews checked before you launch
  • Crew call-out with acknowledgment, and offline paperwork for remote pick-ups
  • Billed to the client or contract once the flight record is filed
Flight training

Training, test and positioning flights, kept separate.

Training, test, positioning and director flights are booked as internal flights, with senior approval and a reason on record. They get a Flight Release, crew and paperwork like any other flight, but never reach a client's bill.

What it covers

  • Training catalogue, a crew training matrix and status, with history
  • Recurrent and type training expiry, flagged before a crew member is allocated
  • Internal flights counted in utilisation, and kept out of revenue
  • Senior approval for every internal allocation
